    • Shipping fees will not be charged for exchanged if the item(s) we have sent out is wrong sent or defected.
    • We will send back your exchanged item via courier service at our cost once we have received your returned parcel.
    • Alternatively, you may exchange your item at one of the locations stated above. For this, email us at hushpuppiesusa@redina.com with a picture of your item and let us know which location you’d like to do the exchange. Give us 3 days to get the exchanged item to the location of your choice.
