For Undergarments

• We will honour exchanges for size only (no change of style or colour) within 15 days of purchase. One-time exchange only, and no refunds are allowed.
• Do note that we dispose off all exchanged items that have been sent back to us. This is for hygiene reasons and there are no exceptions.
• Please ensure that you send back your item in good condition and with no damage to packaging.
• To exchange, you will need to send us your item via trackable delivery to our office address (17 Bukit Batok Street 22, Singapore 659587) at your cost. Please also include the invoice slip that came with your package.
• Shipping fees will not be charged for exchanged if the item(s) we have sent out is wrong sent or defected.
• We will send back your exchanged item via courier service at our cost once we have received your returned parcel.
• Alternatively, you may exchange your item at one of our retail stores. For this, email us at hushpuppiesusa@redina.com with a picture of your item and the invoice slip and let us know which retail store you’d like to do the exchange. Give us 3 days to get the exchanged item to the store of your choice.
